1 daily Full Body Yoga class with Certified Instructor / increases
flexibility and relieves stress and tension
1 daily TRX training session with Pro Fitness Trainer from the USA. /
strengthens muscle and burns fat
2 daily Beginner Kickboxing & Sport Specific Fitness sessions / a lot of
fun and burns more than 6 calories per minute!
3 weekly Specific Group Weight Loss workout led by Pro UK instructor /
exercises specific muscle groups and body parts
3 weekly Specific Yoga class with Certified Instructor / rejuvenates and
increases flexibility in specific parts of the body
1 weekly Beach Boot camp class / intense beach training session, boot
camp style!
1 weekly Health & Fitness talk and demonstrations / learning is critical
for long term success.
